Overview

Responsibilities

  • Search for the ideal resume on job portals.
  • Communicate with potential candidates and their employers.
  • Assess their ‘fit’ from an administrative perspective (visa status, location, then qualification, experience, rates, and other relevant aspects).
  • Gather, resumes, ids, certifications, and relevant information as required for the positionin the submission format.
  • Submit suitable candidates to the managers.
  • Keep track of information received and forwarded internally.
  • Organize meetings for potential candidates with vendor manager.
  • Need to initial shortlisting conversations with sales for potential candidates.
  • Submit and participate in interviews.

Qualifications

  • Having 2 to 3 years of experience in relevant field.
  • Good communication skill (both spoken and written).
  • MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel and Power Point).
  • Great interactive skills.
  • Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree or relevant degree is mandatory.
