Overview

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented US Recruiter with 3-6 years of experience in recruitment for the US market.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitated interview process and coordinating with hiring team.
  • Create and execute strategies to attract IT professionals.
  • Build and maintain a talent pool of qualified candidates for future openings.
  • Manage the offer process including salary negotiations.
  • Handle all recruitment related documentation, including offer letters, employment
    contracts and onboarding paper work.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 to 5 years of IT Recruitment experience.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Associated with IT industry and current market trend.
Expertise in using recruitment software and tools.
Bachelor’s degree or relevant degree.
